Surfers Paradise, A Favorite Tourist Attraction On The Gold Coast

In the beautiful Gold Coast region of Australia is where you will find Surfers Paradise. Surfers is a popular tourist destination, attracting more than 4 million travelers annually. It is not only famous for it's white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters, but for it's quaint main street and it's amazinig high rise architecture as well.

Between Surfers Paradise Beach and the Nerang River , in Surfers you will find a strip with multiple old buildings, rental uni9ts, and residential towers. The World Famous Q1 is located here. This residential tower is one oaf the highest and largest in the world offering amazing views of the entire area from it's observation deck.

Relaxing on the beach is a great way to start the day in Surfers. The beautiful Pacific beaches are perfect for a dip or for some surf instruction with a professional instructor beside you. A snorkeling expedition can be a fun source of entertainment and some have even come up with hidden treasure. Shopping along the Gold Coast Highway is known as some of the best duty free shopping around, as well as other area centers such as Galleria, Paradise and Dolphin.

The day does not have to end when the sun goes down. Many after dark activities here iniclude; dinner at one of the many restaurants, which offer foods from around the world. or after dinner, you may choose to take a relaxing moonlit walk on the beach; some will want to visit the clubs and bars along Cavill Avenue , Gold Coast Highway and Orchid Avenue, where nightlife and action are the focus.

The Esplanade is the host to the Lantern Craft Markets on Friday nights in this region. The area is closed off to traffic and is illuminated by lanterns along the boardwalk filled with food, crafts, and other vendors selling their wares.
